We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our refund and exchange terms carefully:

• All orders are final and could not be cancelled. We will charge a restocking fee of 15.00 USD on this cancellation of local orders. Please note that state sales tax is collected and remitted directly to the relevant state tax authority through your payment processor at the time of your transaction.
• If your order is canceled or refunded, the tax refund is processed automatically by your payment provider or bank, not by our store directly.
• We do not guarantee cancellation of orders during any period and we reserve the right to process your order. Email us at [email protected]  to cancel your order.

Orders can be changed within 24 hours from the moment you order.

You cannot get a refund except if you have the following case:

1. Non-Delivery Claims

• If you have not received your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

2. Damaged, Not as described or Defective Products (Exchange Only)

• If you receive a damaged, Not as described or defective product, you must report it to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear and valid photos or videos as proof.
• The item must be returned within 8 to 10 days from the delivery date.
• Only an exchange will be provided for damaged, not as described or defective products—refunds will not be issued in such cases.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refund claims will only be considered if the order has not been delivered.
• Orders placed less than 24 hours ago are not eligible for refund requests.
